Tot Tray: A Busy Bag Medley

For a recent toddler activity, I decided to switch things up a bit by combining a few previous busy bags activities into something new! I used the paint sample strip busy bag and placed them on a cookie sheet along with some salad tongs, and the toddler matched the colored pom poms to the corresponding colors.
