Today, I am so excited to be featuring Julie from This Gal Cooks! Julie and I actually met via Twitter, I believe, and she has become a great bloggy friend! I am secretly jealous of her fabulous cooking skills! (I have none.) I also recently learned the hard way NOT to read her blog while I'm hungry... it's torture! If you're looking to advertise on a blog, I highly recommend her because of her high level of social media support! Here's the interview:
Tell us about your blog.
I started blogging in order to
showcase my recipes and food photos. I always shared the photos on
Facebook, Twitter or Instagram so I figured that starting a blog would
be an even better way for me to share my love for food!
Tell us about you.
I'm a foodie who loves to cook and
bake. I dream of one day owning my own cafe or bake shop. I'm also an
aspiring DIYer. I don't have any kids but I have an awesome little dog
named Kahlua. I was born and raised in Florida and I currently live on
the east coast of Florida in a town called Stuart.
What's the worst job you've ever had?
I
worked for this evil woman who liked to yell at people in front of
everyone, for no reason other than she was pissed at the world. Luckily,
I got out of that company after only a year. I'd have to say that was
the most dreaded job ever.
Tell us about the best vacation you've ever experienced.
I'd
have to say that my favorite vacation was our trip to the Florida Keys.
We went to Islamorada and it was wonderful. The food, the sights,
kayaking, relaxing. It was a fantastic time.
Where would you most like to travel and why?
I'd like to go to the Keys again.
If money was not a factor in life, I would:
I would not be working full time. I would
work on starting my own business - a cafe, coffee shop or bake shop.
During my free time, I would kayak, bike, jog, enjoy the beach and
travel to places around the country that I've always wanted to visit.

Hi! I found you through the Monday Mingle! :) I'm your newest follower and look forward to connecting with you!
