Pinto Bean Day

We recently had a fun "pinto bean" day where we "planted" a few pinto beans in a jar with a wet paper towel. Every day, the toddler asked to water it. Within a week, one of the pinto beans had grown more than a foot!

My little one also enjoyed using dry pinto beans as counters.
